We start by using our ORBIT methodology to identify your most passionate fans, advocates and influential consumers who are eager to offer constructive criticism and help think through new challenges and opportunities.  Our goal is to recruit and identify a group of online influencers who are:

a)  Representative of the online discussion about your brand; and
b)  Collaborative and ready to engage in a dialogue that will yield concrete, actionable results. 

Once we’ve recruited the right team members, we invite them to participate in a 4-week, online community discussion. 

During this time, we provide the team with the necessary tools, facilitate a discussion, and challenge them to come up with new, actionable ideas on a specific topic or business problem faced by your organization. We also involve the CEO or senior management team to motivate the group and kick off the brainstorming process.  The team goes to work and, within a month or so, returns with a list of ideas.
